WARRANTIES & SUPPORT

All Systemline Modular products are supplied with a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty for parts and labour. Purchasers will be expected to complete a warranty card upon moving in, which will be returned to AHE.

Products found to be faulty within the first three months of installation will be swapped out FOC via an advanced replacement scheme with the SRI.

Products requiring replacement after three months from date of installation will be subject to a call out charge.

All warranty issues will be handled by AHE. Full contact details (in or outside of warranty period) will be supplied on the warranty card; in addition, the hub will be labelled with AHE website details.

Technical Support

Alongside our Installation partners, AHE operates a dedicated Systemline Modular Technical Support Team. This support function is available to developers, SRIs and homeowners.

The hours of operation are: 09:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday
